President of India
The President of India is the ceremonial head of state of India and the commander-in-chief of the Indian Armed Forces.

The Governors and Lieutenant Governors/Administrators of the State and Union territories of India have similar powers and function at the state level as that of the President of India at Union Level. Governors exist in the state while lieutenant governors exist in union territories
